The biggest pitfall people face is failure. People are afraid to fail, which limits their potential to achieve greatness. Failure is ok. No one wants to fail, but it happens. It’s how you recover from failure that counts.
I have experienced many failures. In my personal and professional relationships. But I never let them define me. I will not lie, the fear of failure has crippled me at times. But, I had to keep the attitude of a winner! I had to challenge myself and work hard for what I want. And so what if I didn’t secure my dream the first time around? I continue to stay focused and remember why I started in the first place.
